The Carrier Transicold PowerLINE 69UG15-050S-55 undermount generator set is engineered for continuous, unattended operation to power ISO refrigerated containers during road and rail transport. Built with an all-steel fabricated frame and a four-point plate-mount hanger system, this diesel generator mounts securely beneath the trailer chassis to deliver reliable over-the-road electrical power.
Equipped with a proven CT4-134Di 4-cylinder water-cooled 2.2-liter direct-injection diesel engine compliant with EU Stage V emission standards, the unit pairs with an ultra-high-efficiency 15 kW permanent magnet generator. Carrier’s FuelWise™ two-speed functionality automatically regulates engine speed between 1500 rpm (50 Hz) and 1800 rpm (60 Hz) based on load, reducing fuel consumption by up to 34%.
Designed for durability and streamlined maintenance, the 69UG15 features driver-side controls inside a waterproof box, safety stop controls for low oil pressure and high water temperature, a large access door with a self-locking quick-release latch, and powder-coated sheet metal with an epoxy-dipped tube and fin radiator for superior corrosion resistance.
