The Carrier 69RG15-120W-24 Clip-On Generator Set is engineered to provide continuous, dependable power for refrigerated ISO shipping containers during road or rail transport. Designed to mount directly to the top corner castings above container refrigeration units, this generator enables reliable unattended operation in transit to maintain cargo temperature integrity.
Powered by a 2.4-liter V2403-CR-E4B 4-cylinder water-cooled diesel engine with common rail injection, the unit delivers a nominal 15 kW output (460V, 3-phase). It features an integrated 120-gallon fuel tank and a high-efficiency permanent magnet generator managed by an advanced controller with FuelWise functionality for optimal fuel management.
Constructed for demanding industrial environments, the assembly includes a powder-coated frame and sheet metal housing, stainless steel hardware and exhaust, an E-coat tube and fin radiator, and enclosed forklift pockets for secure handling. Low-mounted controls and a large aluminum service access door facilitate straightforward operation and maintenance.
