This 20 ft open-side bunded storage container is a specialized unit converted from one-trip shipping containers, designed specifically for the safe containment and storage of chemicals and hazardous materials. It combines full side access with a galvanized open mesh floor over a sealed bunded base, ensuring spills and leaks drain through the deck to stay contained beneath while stored drums and pallets remain dry above.
Bunded Containment and Heavy-Duty Deck
The integrated bund captures spills to prevent hazardous runoff on site. The raised, galvanized open-mesh flooring is rated for 7.5 kN/m² loading, supporting IBCs, drums, and heavy industrial cargo while facilitating airflow around stored inventory.
Dual-Face Access and Security
Featuring a pair of hinged double doors along one full side and a second pair of hinged double doors at the end, this container allows comprehensive side and end loading for efficient inspection and stock rotation. Each door includes two locking bars and a factory-fitted lockbox for maximum security. Integrated forklift pockets allow easy on-site repositioning, and 24 built-in vents help manage condensation and fumes.
