Description

This new, one-trip 20ft high cube shipping container is engineered for intermediate bulk container (IBC) storage, utilizing its 9ft 6in height profile to accommodate up to 16 standard 1,000-liter IBC totes. Designed for efficient liquid stockpiling and bulk cargo management, the unit offers maximum overhead clearance and dual-access points.

Optimized Dual-Access Loading

Equipped with exterior hinged double doors on one 8ft end and a full-span opening on one 20ft side, this container allows forklift operators to load and unload IBC totes directly from the side. This layout eliminates the need to thread cargo through a single end door, enabling rapid grid organization and immediate access to any stored unit without repositioning adjacent totes.

Durable Cor-Ten Construction

Fabricated entirely from weathering Cor-Ten steel and finished in blue, the container is CSC plated to a 30-ton maximum gross weight rating. It features a heavy-duty 28mm marine plywood floor mounted on steel cross members to support substantial concentrated point loads. Dual forklift pockets on each side provide on-site handling flexibility.

Integrated Security and Ventilation

Cargo security is provided by two locking bars per door alongside factory-fitted steel lockboxes designed to shield padlocks from tampering. Four built-in passive vents facilitate continuous airflow to manage and reduce interior condensation.
