The 20ft High Cube Fixed Glazing Observation Container delivers a secure, fully equipped modular space suited for use as a site office, observation post, or porter’s lodge. Built with high-cube dimensions, it offers increased vertical clearance alongside expansive double-glazed safety glass windows for full panoramic visibility.

Construction & Thermal Insulation

Engineered for strength and weather resistance, the unit features 0.5 mm galvanized steel exterior panels and 60 mm rock wool insulation throughout. The interior is finished with 9 mm chipboard for a durable, clean workspace.

Glazing & Windows

• Double Safety Glass: 5+9A+5 mm double glazing fitted all around with protective shutters.
• Long Sides: 3 fixed windows (1,787 mm W x 1,055 mm H) per side.
• Front: 1 fixed window (1,894 mm W x 1,055 mm H).
• Rear: 1 tilt window (885 mm W x 1,000 mm H).
• Access: Integrated wicket door for convenient entry.

Electrical & Climate Control

• Electrical Supply: 400V 32A 5-pin external connection with loop-through capability.
• Distribution: Fusebox with a 400V main switch and three 230V earth leakage circuit breakers.
• Power & Lighting: 2 fluorescent light fixtures, wall switch, and 5 double wall sockets housed in protective cable trays.
• Climate System: 2.5 kW split-level air conditioning unit featuring an exterior condenser with protective offshore coating, paired with an airco cove and perforated airflow plate.
