Description
The 20ft x 8ft open mesh floor bunded store is a specialized modified shipping container designed for safe secondary containment and storage of chemicals and hazardous materials. Built from a new one-trip shipping container, it features a heavy-duty galvanized open mesh floor suspended over a sealed steel bund base. Spills and leaks drain directly through the grating into the bund below, keeping stored drums and containers clean and elevated above liquids.
Durable Spillage Containment
The raised grating design protects product containers from sitting in pooling liquids while facilitating simple visual inspection and spill clean-up. With a floor load capacity rated at 7.5 kN/m², it readily supports palletized drums and IBC totes while providing reliable environmental spill protection.
Secure and Well-Ventilated Design
Full-width exterior hinged double doors provide unobstructed loading access, secured by two heavy-duty locking bars per door and a factory-fitted protective lockbox. Designed for practicality and site relocation, the container includes integrated forklift pockets and 24 built-in ventilation points to ensure consistent airflow, disperse vapors, and minimize condensation.
