The Carrier PowerLINE 69RG15 Clip-On Generator Set delivers dependable, autonomous electrical power designed for continuous, unattended operation of refrigerated shipping containers across road and rail transport. Engineered to mount directly to ISO and DNV 2.7-1 reefer container chassis using corner castings or pin-mounting brackets, this heavy-duty unit supplies reliable power when external electrical infrastructure is unavailable.
Powered by a proven 2.2-liter direct-injection diesel engine, the genset features an ultra-high-efficiency permanent magnet generator producing 15 kW (18.75 kVA) 460V AC 3-phase power at 60 Hz. Built-in FuelWise two-speed functionality automatically regulates engine speeds between 1500 rpm and 1800 rpm based on load demand, achieving significant fuel savings and reducing overall carbon emissions during transit.
Built with rugged construction for challenging transport environments, the unit includes a heavy-duty 130-gallon (492 L) fuel capacity tank for long-range operation, low-mounted waterproof controls, and automated safety stops for low oil pressure and high coolant temperature.
