The Carrier PowerLINE Clip-On Generator Set is engineered for continuous, unattended operation, providing reliable electrical power to refrigerated containers transported by road or rail. Designed to mount directly to the front upper face of ISO reefer containers, it ensures seamless temperature control when external power sources are unavailable.
Reliable Power and Efficiency
Equipped with a proven 2.2-liter direct-injection diesel engine and a 15kW, 460V 3-phase permanent magnet generator, this generator set delivers dependable electrical output for demanding cold-chain applications. The system features FuelWise™ two-speed operation to optimize fuel efficiency and lower overall operating costs.
Robust Construction and Mounting
Constructed with reinforced fork pockets and a deep footprint to withstand rough yard handling, the unit offers flexible mounting options. It supports time-saving pin mounting to the container header rail or clamp mounting via self-aligning ratchet clamp locks to corner castings.
Operational Control and Safety
Features a waterproof control box with low-mounted, easy-to-read analog instrumentation, preheat and start/run/off controls, and automatic safety shutoffs for low oil pressure and high coolant temperature.
