Durable Construction & Superior Finish
Constructed with a heavy-duty steel barrel and stainless steel undercarriage, load rack, fifth-wheel housing, and piping. The barrel and critical subframe components are finished with a protective powder coat over zinc-rich primer, providing advanced resistance against chipping, scratches, chemicals, and harsh environmental corrosion.
High-Performance Components
Equipped with Hendrickson Air Ride suspension and MAXX22 disc brakes for smooth, controlled handling. Pumping and fluid handling systems include all-welded stainless steel piping with MEC sweeps, MEC internal valves, flanged stainless steel globe valves, and a 4-inch Blackmer pump powered by a Char-Lyn hydraulic motor.
Safety & Reliability
Designed with single-compartment cylindrical high-pressure construction rated up to 265 PSI. Key safety components include rupture disk assemblies, emergency shut-off systems, electrostatic grounding provisions, safety relief valves, liquid level meters, and pressure gauges to ensure seamless loading, transport, and unloading.
