The Thermo King Precedent® S-700 trailer refrigeration system delivers industry-leading temperature control and high cooling capacity designed for deep-frozen transport and single-temperature trailers. Built on Diesel Direct Electric (DDE) architecture with Electronic Throttling Valve (ETV) technology, the S-700 maximizes operational efficiency and fuel savings while minimizing energy loss.
Powered by a 4-cylinder, direct-injection liquid-cooled engine, the Precedent S-700 achieves EPA Final Tier 4 and CARB Evergreen compliance without requiring a Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF). The high-efficiency system utilizes curved microchannel condenser coils that provide double the surface area to eliminate dead spots, paired with a dual-speed evaporator fan for optimized airflow.
