The Thermo King Precedent S-750i is an innovative diesel-electric trailer refrigeration unit engineered for cold chain logistics, transport fleets, retailers, and pharmaceutical distribution. Built on the proven Precedent platform, the S-750i introduces a hybrid-electric architecture optimized for integrated shore power, delivering enhanced operational efficiency, reduced emissions, and lower operating costs on and off the road.
Powered by the S-Series TK488CR1 four-cylinder, direct-injection liquid-cooled engine, the S-750i features three operating speeds to accelerate pull-down times and reduce engine run hours. The system meets CARB ULETRU evergreen standards for 50-state operation without requiring a Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF). Integrated shore power utilizing an electrically driven Thermo King scroll compressor operates up to four times more efficiently and at least 3 decibels quieter than standard diesel motor operation.
Equipped with an advanced next-generation HMI controller featuring a full-color, high-resolution display, the unit is housed in a durable IP69K-rated submersible and dustproof casing. Built-in TracKing telematics provides real-time temperature monitoring, rapid alarm detection, door-opening alerts, fuel insights, and cargo traceability.
