The Thermo King SB-110+ is a high-capacity, front-mount, diesel-powered temperature control unit engineered specifically for refrigerated transport trailers. Powered by a four-cylinder, liquid-cooled TK486V direct-injection diesel engine generating 34.0 hp at 2200 RPM, the SB-110+ delivers reliable cooling and heating performance while exceeding EPA Interim Tier 4 emissions standards.
Featuring the advanced SMART REEFER SR-2 controller, this system allows operators to precisely manage temperatures across fresh and frozen cargo profiles. The downward-sloping, anti-glare display provides clear visibility and multi-lingual menu navigation in 21 languages. With built-in OptiSet™ Plus and FreshSet™ technology, drivers can select tailored commodity profiles to optimize protection and eliminate operational errors.
Equipped with an X426L lightweight aluminum alloy compressor with Vanasil® ringless pistons, the SB-110+ maximizes mechanical efficiency. The unit uses chlorine-free R-404A refrigerant with a compact 13 lb charge to minimize environmental impact. Extended Maintenance Intervals (EMI-3000) allow up to 3,000 hours between servicing to lower operating costs and reduce downtime.
